Support
Alarm or apps did not behave as expected
Open Awke, then Settings and System status. Confirm Alarm, Screen Time, and notification permissions, then run the system check. Simulator results do not prove that AlarmKit or Family Controls works on a physical iPhone.
Movement is unavailable
The timer always continues at normal speed. If you want movement credit, allow Motion & Fitness access in iPhone Settings. Movement is never required.
Subscription help
Use Restore purchases in Awke after reinstalling or changing devices. You can manage or cancel the subscription from your Apple Account subscription settings.
Groups or account deletion
Group features require Sign in with Apple, active access, and an internet connection. Delete account is available directly in Awke Settings.
